A 15 level (2 basement levels, a retail podium level and 12 residential levels) mixed use (mainly residential) development in Astor Terrace, Brisbane City. There are 4 units on each residential level and one single unit type (mirrored in two directions to produce a four unit per level typical configuration).
Cadway Project Involvement:
- Assistance with design development
- Detailed architectural contract documentation and 3D modelling using Revit software
- Coordination of documentation of associated design consultants
- Attendance at project design coordination meetings in Brisbane CBD
