Cadway Project Involvement:

• Site layout and setout plans
• All structures,  buildings, finishes, internal layouts, canopy, enclosures,  forecourt, fittings, details, joinery, above ground stormwater systems
• Project design co-ordination of all required specialist consultants and tenants
• Prepare ‘tender and construction issue drawings
• Preparation, lodgement, liaison and attendance to building approval, plumbing, trade waste, food licence, landscaping, and operational works
• Pre-commencement, on-site meetings, data collection, final site inspections
• Preparation of as-built drawings from site data
