BP Travel Centers are large scale destination sites located in Australia which on top of offering the same features of a BP Connect site with fuel and a Wild Bean Cafe, also feature major food-retail tenants such as McDonalds, KFC, Nando's and recently Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, with a large seating capacity food court. There are also facilities for long-haul truck drivers including lounge, showers and washing machines all in the same building.
Cadway Project Involvement:
Preliminary architectural design development and documentation and preliminary design coordination with Structural Engineers suitable for estimating purposes. (BP sign-off of internal layout yet to be obtained). Preliminary floor plan, ceiling plan, roof plan (2 options), elevations, sections, initial materials selection and finishes, and some details may be provided for this purpose.
