Twin Highway Service Centres at Western Ring Road, Rockbank VIC.
Cadway Project Involvement:
- Design plans prepared for lodgment with the development application.
- Consultation / Site Visit - meeting to define and discuss project brief, site visit, collect information, initial advice, propose options.
- Concept Design - preparation of final layouts, liaison with statutory authorities, preparation of a functional layout.
- Design and documention - preliminary design and documentation suitable for DA submission including site plan, floor plan, elevations, schematic signage layout.
- 3D colour rendered images of proposed development
- Liaison with Consultants – assist in the preparation of any additional information, reports, designs or investigations as may be requested for the DA lodgment.
- After lodgment - liaise with other consultants and with council, respond to any council requests, make any amendments to the design if necessary, attend any meetings, etc in order to obtain a council decision on the application.
