The Queensland State Government have endorsed a $1.39 billion proposal for the development of Toondah Harbour, located in the Moreton Bay region of Queensland. Situated right on the bay, the site has views stretching across to North Stradbroke Island and has the potential to become a major go-to destination for locals and visitors to the area, providing a boost to the local economy. Some of the enhancements to the space include piazzas, al fresco restaurants and cafes, parkland and boardwalks, whilst maintaining the local heritage and preserving the natural beauty of the landscape.
Wayne Lamb, director at Cadway Projects, was part of a 2 day think-tank on the development. He was recently interviewed for an article in Our Redlands magazine (Winter 2015, Issue 07) about his thoughts on the development.
